My weight data seems inaccurate. What should I do?
The most common reason to have incorrect weight numbers is the scale not properly calibrated. When tap the scale to turn it on, you need to wait until the scale calibrated before taking measurements. It means the scale needs to display “CAL” first, and then display zero, before you step on the scale for your weight measurement.
Next possible reason for the weighing accuracy is that you need to place your scale on a flat hard surface, on hardwood or tile floors. Having the scale one something soft, e.g., on soft carpet, will introduce errors in weight measurement.
When measuring weight, please step on the scale with both of your bare feet, stand still without movement.
